Certification, Authenticity and Materials
All Dassa Objects pieces are handmade in Portugal using 925 Silver or 925 Silver with 24 Carat Gold Vermeil, through traditional jewellery techniques. Each piece is individually crafted and may present subtle variations due to its manual process.
All items are certified by the Contrastaria of INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda), which verifies the legal standard of precious metals (permitted fineness) and applies the corresponding hallmark next to the manufacturer’s responsibility mark.
Hallmarking is mandatory for silver items over 2g and gold items over 0.5g.
You may contact any Assay Office of the INCM to verify the authenticity of the hallmarks or obtain further information.

Stock & Production Time
Most pieces are made to order — please allow up to three weeks for crafting, hallmarking, and shipping.

Price
Unless clearly incorrect, product prices are those shown on the website at all times. Prices may be updated at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected once a Shipping Confirmation has been issued. All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which are added at checkout to form the final total.
Product Characteristics
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight differences may occur between pieces. These are not considered defects but part of the unique character of each item.
Orders
To place an order, complete checkout and confirm payment. You’ll receive an email confirming your order, and a second email with shipping details once it’s dispatched — the purchase is only final upon shipping confirmation.
Dassa Objects may refuse an order in exceptional cases; if so, a full refund will be issued.
By ordering, you confirm all information is accurate and that you authorise the payment.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. Any such local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
According to Portuguese law, all items are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date the purchase invoice is issued. This warranty does not cover the natural oxidation of silver, the fading or removal of gold plating, signs of wear and tear, aging, visible marks of misuse, or any other damage resulting from lack of proper care.
If you are a consumer, we guarantee all products sold through our website in accordance with the legally established terms for each type of item. Therefore, we are responsible for any material or manufacturing defects that may appear within two years from the date of delivery.
If a product does not conform to your order, please contact us immediately through our official channels with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
If the defect is confirmed after inspection, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Right to Withdraw
Requests for product exchanges or returns must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at dassa.objects@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The product must be returned in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, with all original labels attached and in the original packaging in which it was delivered.
Dassa Objects reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met. In such cases, you will be notified by email that your order is not eligible for return.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and text presented on this website are the exclusive property of Dassa Objects and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Events Outside Our Control
Dassa Objects is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill contractual obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
·Strikes or labor disputes;
·Civil unrest, terrorism, war, or similar threats;
·Natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes, or pandemics;
·Disruptions in transportation or communication systems;
·Legal or governmental restrictions.
During such events, our obligations will be suspended, and delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly. We will make all reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
Right to Amend These Terms
Dassa Objects reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively. If you do not agree with any updates, we recommend discontinuing use of the website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
