Who we are
Dassa Objects is a Portuguese jewellery brand founded by Madalena Castel-Branco.
After graduating in Fashion Jewellery at the London College of Fashion in 2022, Madalena began her journey in the industry by working with the jewellery designer Beatriz Jardinha, while simultaneously developing her own creations. In early 2025, she opened her first studio, allowing her to fully dedicate her time and focus to the growth of the brand.
Madalena finds joy in exploring the idea of spontaneity — its freedom and lightness — in relation to the body.
Her work emerges from a process of experimentation, where movement, unpredictability, uniqueness, and imperfection are inherent elements.
For her, the process behind the creation of a piece should be seen and felt by the wearer. She values the interaction and exchange between material, human action, and the body — whether it is in the process of making a piece or in the process of wearing it. This connection is central to her vision, closely tied to a sense of freedom and joy.
In this way, her work becomes something deeply real and pure, qualities that, for her, define true spontaneity.
Her approach to jewellery is rooted in experimentation — a process guided by spontaneity, intuition, and the freedom to explore without fear of failure. Each piece reflects this mindset, embracing imperfection and celebrating the uniqueness that emerges from letting the process lead the way.
