Shipping

All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from dassa.objects@gmail.com confirming your purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Shipping details will be sent to you once your items are dispatched. Orders are shipped via CTT, and a tracking number will be provided once your package leaves our studio.

Some pieces, especially rings, are made to order. In these cases, allow up to four weeks for your item to be crafted, hallmarked, and shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as each piece is made with care, often involving a manual and detailed process.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Portugal Mainland and Islands: 1-3 business days

European Union: 2-7 business days

Uk: 3-7 business days

Rest of the world: 4-15 business days

Customs duties or taxes (when applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
