Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love your piece, but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange it, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, please email us at dassa.objects@gmail.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.

All returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in perfect condition

  • In the original packaging

Please note:

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (both directions, in case of an exchange).

  • Returns requested after 14 days or not shipped within 3 days of receiving return approval will not be accepted.

  • Any refunds exclude original shipping fees.

Each of our pieces is handcrafted and may feature slight irregularities — these are intentional and part of the design. Returns based on such characteristics will not be accepted.

Requests for refunds must be sent via email to dassa.objects@gmail.com. The refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

  • If the return does not meet all required conditions, your refund may be denied. In such cases, you’ll be notified by email.

If your item arrives damaged or if there has been an error in your order, we will cover return shipping costs. Claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be made within 15 days of receipt.

Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, modification, or normal wear and tear.
